Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory control

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and achieve performance targets

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities

- Maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction

Skills:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
