EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five to ten years of experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage establishment
• Senior management experience in Food and Beverage operations
• A balanced combination of education and experience
• Advanced culinary/hospitality degree or equivalent
• Health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification
