Job Title: Recovery Support Specialist
Program: Behavioral Health
Job Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly), Full-Time
Reports To: Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor
Supervises: Not Applicable
Details: On-site work, typically scheduled in 10-hour shifts, such as 4pm-2am . One weekend day required.
Job Summary
Recovery Support Specialists monitor and direct client activity and are responsible for the implementation of agency policies. Recovery Support Specialists serve an integral role in clients' substance abuse recovery. Successful candidates provide a safe and structured environment for clients. We are looking for individuals that are compassionate, relate well with others while upholding strong boundaries, provide consistency, and anticipate the needs of the team.
