Full-Time
Position Overview:
-Represents the agency at designated local, regional, state events as requested
-Assists Director of OK Community Initiatives with project implementation
-Supervises MHFA team of Program Specialist & Program Assistant
-Collaborates with MHFA staff to expand trainings offered in Oklahoma
-Creates monthly reports on grant progress as required by funders
-Ensures MHFA OK operates within annual budget
-Provides Mental Health First Aid Training virtually and in-person across Oklahoma
-Coordinates the MHFA training schedule with partnering instructors
-Builds network of contracted MHFA instructors to increase program capacity
-Monitors and evaluates training surveys and progress towards program goals, including data entry
-Disseminates information about MHFA and recruits training participants
-Directs needs assessment activities as needed
-Assists in the development of marketing materials, social media content, and media campaigns
-Collaborates and works with community organizations to promote Mental Health First Aid
-Job may require the employee to be able to regularly drive to various DCCCA locations and locations across Oklahoma throughout the day including early morning or evening hours
