Due to the growth we have experienced over the last few years, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative “Player” to drive significant growth with our Production customers in (Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania). This person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales as well as profit targets as directed by the Director of Sales. This position will play a crucial role in effectively managing and providing comprehensive account coverage within a territory that covers multiple states. Strategic planning skills will come into play by diligently covering all assigned accounts, ensuring regular engagement and personalized support for each customer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, not be afraid to think outside the box, take initiative, and push the boundaries to achieve success.
With your trailblazer mindset and innovative approach, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.
