Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our cleaning service staff as Cleaners. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various commercial and residential settings. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitized environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace garbage bags, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to waste management regulations.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, living room, and kitchen
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor polishing, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• If applicable, follow established protocols and procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and biohazard waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or residential cleaning setting.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid driver's license, if required for off-site cleaning assignments.
• MUST pass a legal background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
