Dayton-Phoenix Group, Inc is Hiring a 125 - Stamping - Level 3 Near Dayton, OH

Stamping Machine Operator.
Essential qualifications for this position include:
  • Able to communicate with others and read
  • Move and position heavy objects with a hoist
  • Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
  • Able to listen for machine noises
  • Ability to operate a hand truck and forklift
  • Use hand tools and grinders as required
  • Able to stand for entire shift
  • Understand mechanical blueprints
  • Follow bill of material
  • Have a mechanical background
  • Able to read setup sheets and perform the steps
  • Use basic gauges such as micrometer, verniers
  • Understand Kanban and tool room procedures
  • Self-starter
General Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Push and pull objects
  • Able to stand, bend and twist as required
  • Have basic math skills
  • Able to work in fast paced factory environment
  • Should be mechanically inclined
