Location: 100% Remote

As we continue to expand our HR Technology | IT Systems Division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate / Full Desk Recruiter to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a versatile individual who will play a key role in both business development and recruitment activities within our HR Technology | IT Systems Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing candidates for roles in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and related technologies. Additionally, experience with specific systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, UKG, Fieldglass, iCIMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, Salesforce, S/4HANA, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Jira is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and engage with potential clients within the HR technology space.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.
    • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and account management.
  2. Full Desk Recruiting:

    • Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles in HRIS, VMS, ATS, LMS, ERP, CRM, and related areas.
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  3. HRIS Technical Expertise (Preferred):

    • Leverage previous experience as an HRIS technical resource to understand client requirements and technical specifications.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding HR technology solutions and implementations.
    • Previous background as a subject matter expert on HRIS platforms and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) sourcing candidates for technical roles in HR technology, preferably within the HRIS, VMS, ATS, LMS, ERP, CRM space.
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, UKG, Fieldglass, iCIMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, Salesforce, S/4HANA, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales is advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • HRIS technical background or certification is a major plus.
