We’re looking for a full-time, staff IT Support Technician to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA. The IT Support Technician will provide customer service, customer support, daily monitoring and reporting for Executive resources on business systems, applications, devices, and services. Activities will include, but are not limited to: staging / installation / maintenance of equipment such as PC’s, wireless devices and peripherals, performance testing / tuning of equipment and operating systems, creation / maintenance of user accounts, administration and troubleshooting of wireless devices, and documentation of technical solutions.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $66,160.00 - $99,240.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
