What to Expect:
As an Inside Sales Representative, the primary objective is to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process to help achieve department goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates for HVAC & Plumbing departments.
- Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
