Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Manufacturing opportunity include:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 8-10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in a machining/shop environment
• Background in high-speed aluminum or wood work machining
• Demonstrated success in fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience handling finances and creating budgets
• Lean and Six Sigma training is a plus
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing activities across 3 facilities
• Provide leadership to site managers, the quality manager, I.T., the engineering manager, and safety and environmental

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
