Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 5 years of architectural experience with commercial renovations and new construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Knowledge of International Building Code
- Projects include retail tenant improvement design and development for new and existing shopping malls
- Conduct on-site surveys and create accurate construction documents (some travel required)
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop technical solutions and prepare construction documents
- Engage in client meetings and offer construction administration support during the entire design and construction document phases
Salary: $55,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
