Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Estimator position include:
- High energy level and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quotesoft or similar estimating software.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, with over 5 years in the HVAC industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience in service estimating and project management as a plus.
- Ability to prepare detailed proposals, manage client relationships, and negotiate effectively.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Experience in analyzing market trends to stay competitive.
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
