Join our DaVita team as a Social Worker (LMSW)! We are looking to hire a Full-Time resource who is able to support our patient population needs on-site at our Haven Dialysis Center! This hire would work a Monday-Friday schedule; can be flexible as long as patient needs are met.

Requirements:
- Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
- 1 year of experience as a Social Worker in a Healthcare setting, preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.

Salary/ Wage Range
$59,280.00 - $96,720.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
