We are seeking a highly competitive, motivated, self-starter professional with a mix of selling skills, drive and personality. As a Security Integration Sales Representative, you will locate, solicit and gain business from new and existing accounts. The ability to work alone and in a strong team dynamic, across multiple branches is paramount. Must fit our culture, with high integrity, and be trusted to work remote, with the ability to communicate well across the team. Must be an expert in Security Integration, with a clear understanding of past and present integration technology and be able to convey this knowledge to our clients, earning trust and building relationships.

Key abilities:

  • Connect with our existing client base across branches for upsell opportunities of security integration.
  • Ability to generate new client development opportunities through networking events, property management groups, general contractors and developers
  • Clearly communicate technology features and benefits of our product lines
  • Must understand server based and cloud-based technology, with a strong desire to move toward cloud-based technology.
  • Must be a creative thinker that can convey a vision to our clients
  • Must have the ability to scale a discussion from a person with limited security integration knowledge to high level conversations with high-end clients
  • Must be able to work through challenges, but know when to work through a team for a solution
  • Must have a desire to work with our branches to achieve aggressive growth and development goals
  • Must have excellent time management skills, ability to work on multiple front at once, while still prioritizing each successful outcome and timeline
  • Effectively work with managers, design engineers and branch personnell on proposal development, quotes, RFI generation, and support client discussion.
  • Be willing travel to travel to support multiple branches, reasonable air travel as required, and ability to attend manufacture and security integration conferences.
  • Desire to continuously build your knowledge in security integration, keeping up with the trends and advancement in technology.
  • Desire to strive for greatness and be an integral part of a winning team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience 8-10 years minimum security integration field with 3-5 direct sales and business development experience.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and pass all required background and drug tests required for employment
