Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for assigned Practice Groups and Offices
• Work with Firm management to analyze revenue, profitability and key drivers
• Work with relationship partners to help them understand their book of business and provide financial analysis and support for client meetings and rate negotiations
• Model prospective engagements an pricing scenarios
• Calculate and report historic and projected profitability data
• Responsible for all client/matter reporting tools - ensure data is correct and meaningful and related reports are accurate
• Utilize various reporting systems/databases to prepare periodic reports which consolidate financial data for Firm's clients, practice areas and service lines
• Provide accurate and relevant financial reports requested by management
• Prepare financial presentations used by management throughout the year
• Work with Billing to ensure rates are properly applied and to understand how specific timekeepers are being reported
• Advise on technical accounting issues to ensure proper mapping of time and billing transactions
• Develop and mentor professional team. Ensure work is appropriately reviewed
• Support Data Analytics Team and related projects

Education and/or Experience

Experienced financial analyst with a 4-year accounting or finance degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in an audit or financial analysis role.
