We are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years’ experience in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be motivated to expand their practice and has strong academic and excellent professional credentials.

Qualifications:

· JD degree

· Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

· 3-5 years litigation experience

· Commercial litigation/Real Estate litigation experience a plus

· Strong experience with motions, discovery disputes, depositions, and making court appearances

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience:

· Litigation 3-5 years (Preferred)

License:

· Active member of the Arizona State Bar (Required)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
