Job Responsibilities:

The Personal Injury Civil Litigation Attorney will handle a diverse caseload and will have an overall case management experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy and participating in court proceedings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Arizona State Bar License (Required) and in good standing
• 5-8 years of recent experience practicing personal injury law and/or civil litigation law

Experience with case management in any areas of personal injury and civil litigation including:

Car accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, disclosures, drafting discovery requests and responses, depositions, drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy, and participating in court proceedings

• Experience using case management software such as Clio, Mycase or PracticePanther
• Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills
• The personality and ability to successfully communicate with experts, clients and associates
• Current Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management, proactive to streamline workflows, have an in-depth understanding of the litigation process and possess the ability to adapt to current and future responsibilities
• Work effectively on a variety of simultaneously active litigation matters
• Expand responsibilities as needed and fluently communicate with remote personnel
• A sense of humor and a passion for technology and innovation

Pay: $80,457.88 - $150,970.78 per year
