Davis Dental Creations is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Davis, CA

Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist in scheduling and answering questions or direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage the visitor check-in process
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
