Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with menu planning, meal preparation, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities:
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation under the guidance of the kitchen manager
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with catering orders and special events as needed
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation

Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
