Nashville Warranty Technician (Northern Communities) - Job Summary:

As a Warranty Technician, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving homeowner warranty claims. This role requires a detailed-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of warranty claims submitted by homeowners.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and communications with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance practices and warranty coverage.
• Perform light duty repairs and tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during repair activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in construction, building science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction, repair, or maintenance, with a strong understanding of residential building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to commute to and among the northside of Nashville daily. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and navigating construction sites.
