SECURITY CLEARANCE AND TWO INDUSTRY-RELATED RESUMES ARE REQUIRED. MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

THE SOW:

This SOW covers the quality assurance and inspection management of two nearby construction projects of similar scope: the Byrne Green truck yard concrete replacement ("truck yard") and the Veterans Administration Center parking lot resurfacing ("parking lot"). The project will remove and replace the existing concrete and waterproofing membrane in the truck yard, the entrance ramp to the subsurface parking garage, and the exit ramp from the parking garage, and remove and replace the concrete steps between the loading dock to the truck yard (adjacent to Green Building), repair the mortar in the brick wall, repair the steel wall bumper, replace the levelers on the loading dock, repair some of the damaged stormwater drainage system, repair some damage to the structural decking below the truck yard, and add a pedestrian ramp between the loading dock to the truck yard (adjacent to Green Building). This project will be delivered via design-bid-build.

The candidate will work on behalf of and in the best interest of the GSA. The candidate will work within a varied multi-disciplinary team of government and non-government staff to help produce and document construction projects of the highest quality. The candidate will ensure all work meets or exceeds the design requirements, as expressed by the construction documents (drawings, specifications, submittals, etc.).

Pay: $98,149.00 - $104,863.00 per year
