Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or insurance account management
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance management software
