322BBQ in Wilmington, DE is looking for one prep cook / donut baker to join our team. We have locations in Mullica Hill, NJ (close to Rowan) and Swedesboro, NJ. We also have a food truck we run. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Full time or part time. Willing to have a flexible schedule for the right people.

Weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
• Make Donut Dough and cut Donuts
• Decorate donuts
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Prep Cook a plus
