Strategic Responsibility:

The Computer and A/V Production Specialist will assist staff with first and second level support for all hardware/software technology issues for Integrity Music. This includes account administration, internal connectivity troubleshooting and support for printers, network, and audio/video production platforms. This position ensures that all technical aspects of the ministry are functioning optimally by maximizing computer system capabilities and making recommendations to achieve those capabilities.

Job Description: 

MacOS software and Mac hardware break-fix repair.

Office 365 Support, setup, and troubleshooting. Setup, Troubleshoot, Maintain Video Conferencing Meeting Hardware and services.

Configure and maintain sound mixer for live audio streaming events.

Responsible for user account management, user onboarding, and user terminations.

Update and create tickets/documents/FAQs within Helpdesk Software. Installs, updates, configures software and operating systems with MDM solution.

Resolve application and system issues through troubleshooting for local and remote users.

Develop and maintain effective documentation of all support processes, procedures and instructions given.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field. Relevant industry experience will be accepted in lieu of education.

Experience: 2-4 years experience. Have a broad knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies and in-depth knowledge of the enterprise's products. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Mac OS, Printers, MS Office365, Zoom, BoxCast. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to independently troubleshoot and research solutions. Technical expertise.

Equipment Knowledge: MacOS, Mac Troubleshooting, Video Conferencing and Streaming Services, Sound Mixers, Camaras and Mics, Printers, Basic Networking.

Working Conditions:

1. Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
2. Working environment home office, cubicle office and co-working spaces with some noise
3. Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
4. Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical but must have a willingness and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends if/when necessary.
5. Up to 35% may be travel required.
