```Duties```
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales
- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a semi fine dining/fine dining server is must
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling, food service, and food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers or POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
