Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures - Verify warranty coverage and eligibility for claims - Coordinate with customers, technicians, and manufacturers to gather necessary information for claim processing - Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and communication - Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims - Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends or issues related to product warranties - Assist in the development and implementation of warranty-related processes and improvements Experience: - Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process complex information - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient computer skills, including experience with warranty management software or systems - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders - Knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and regulations is a plus Join our team as a Warranty Administrator and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and efficient warranty claim processing.
