Dave Syverson Inc is seeking an experienced & dedicated Service Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level. This position will over see multiple Service Departments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serving as a liaison between technicians, customers, factory, and other department managers
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and Hire technicians and service advisors
• Manage staff training
• Interview and make new hires
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous Service Manager experience or 3 years’ experience as Service Assistance Manager at a New Car dealership
• Proven track record with customer satisfaction
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain employees
• Process driven
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• Warranty processing knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
