DataOne Systems is a state-of-the-art organization where highly trained professionals manufacture and install Layer One solutions. We have a combined 50 years of leadership experience providing EF&I, structured cabling and fiber optic characterization services on a national with technicians averaging 15 years of industry experience.
Currently, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team and be part of the Quality Assurance operations within the TX Facility. This Temp to Full Position is available Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. This professional multitasker will be responsible for the overall verification of products, parts, or materials used in the manufacturing process to ensure they conform to standards using the appropriate measuring equipment, SOPs within the facility. Assures Food Safety & Quality Assurance compliance regulations within the scope of work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED required plus at least one (1) year of experience or 2 - 5 years' experience as a QC Technician/Inspector manufacturing facility. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Must know how to use measuring equipment. Must be able to read blueprints, proficient in basic math skills, must be able to work without close supervision, must be a self-starter and team player. Able to effectively communicate in English.
