We are seeking an Architectto work closely with project teams to develop, prepare, and review construction drawings and BIM models throughout all phases of K-12 projects and be responsible to ensure quality control, project progress as it relates to project scope and schedule, code compliance and budget awareness.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding the time and fee impacts of the required project tasks
• Contracts on assigned projects and how they impact project delivery
• Meeting deadlines on assigned project(s)
• Supporting the design process in conjunction with delivering the construction documents

Qualifications:

• Registered architect preferred
• 10 years of professional architectural experience 
• A technically strong Architect that is an expert in architectural detailing, programming, and document organization in order to assure accuracy in putting together complete sets of documents. 
• Proficient with REVIT
