Customer Experience Assistant / Bookkeeper

Job Description: Customer Experience Assistant / Bookkeeper, your main task is to interface with customers about their jobs (online, by phone and at the counter) and ensure they have a positive experience and receive excellent care. When there are no customers to assist, you will also be asked to help our accounting department manage financial data and assist in strategic decision making.

Other Tasks Include:

• Interfacing with clients
• Interfacing with companies that provide us supplies and services
• Supporting your local staff
• helping with general office tasks
• assist with printing copying and binding documents
• Learning our pricing and branch level accounting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
