Overview:
We are looking to hire a product owner with a pivotal role in representing the interests of the stakeholders and customers, making sure that the product meets their expectations and delivers as desired.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will understand the market, customers, and business goals to define the overall direction and purpose of the product.
• He / She will collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and development teams to elicit and analyze requirements. They identify user stories, features, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are clear, feasible, and aligned with the product vision.
• The PO will prioritize the product functionalities . They will consider several factors from customer needs to business value and technical possibility along with the current trends to determine how the product features are to be developed / enhanced.
• The product owner acts as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the product's progress, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• 5 years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge, market trends, customer needs, to drive the product's success.
• Solid business or technical background. Be familiar with the business aspects of product development, understand technical constraints.
• Significant experience with Agile methodologies.
• As a Product Owner, you should have strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
• A deep understanding of user needs and a user-centric mindset. Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and gathering customer feedback.
