Job Description:

As an Amazon Connect Architect, youwill be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions based on AmazonConnect to enhance our customer service and engagement capabilities. You willwork closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirementsand translate them into scalable and efficient Amazon Connect configurations. You will be workingwith the latest technologies and tools in the AWS cloud, such as AmazonConnect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and more.

Responsibilities:

·SolutionDesign:oArchitectend-to-end solutions on Amazon Connect, considering scalability, security, andperformance.oCollaboratewith stakeholders to understand business requirements and designcustomer-centric contact flows.·Configurationand Customization:oImplement andconfigure Amazon Connect instances to meet specific business needs.oCustomizecontact flows, integrations, and other components to optimize the customerexperience.·Integrationwith AWS Services:oIntegrateAmazon Connect with other AWS services, such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, tocreate seamless and efficient workflows.oLeverage AWSSDKs to extend the capabilities of Amazon Connect through custom integrations.·PerformanceOptimization:oMonitor andoptimize the performance of Amazon Connect solutions to ensure responsivenessand reliability.oImplement bestpractices for resource utilization and cost efficiency.·Security andCompliance:oEnsure thatAmazon Connect solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.oImplement andmaintain security measures to protect customer data and privacy.·Documentationand Training:oCreatecomprehensive documentation for Amazon Connect configurations, integrations,and best practices.oProvidetraining to internal teams on using and managing Amazon Connect solutions.

Requirements

·Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.·Provenexperience as an architect in designing and implementing solutions on AmazonConnect.·In-depthknowledge of Amazon Connect capabilities, features, and best practices.·Strongprogramming and scripting skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript.·Experience withAWS services and cloud-based architectures.·Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills.·AWS CertifiedSolutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification is a plus.
