He/she must be fully knowledgeable of all products and services offered and of vehicle inventory, pricing, incentive programs, and financing options. In addition, he/she must understand local competitors and be prepared to compete with them.

This position requires nights and weekend availability. Bilingual candidates a plus!

**Qualifications**

* At least 1 year of retail sales experience required.

* Experience in a Sales BDC / Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.

* Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls and making outbound marketing calls.

* Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems.

* Confident and professional phone manner

* Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.

* Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.

* Neat, clean, and professional appearance

* Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
