Dart Intermodal has an opportunity in our Memphis, TN location for a full time Billing Coordinator. Working hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Main function of this role is to perform rail billing and to coordinate and verify all rail charges. This position is very repetitive and requires a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in collecting, preparing and creating customer invoices during the billing process.
• Collect and process paperwork by accurately keying bill of ladings, purchase orders and other customer reference numbers into the system.
• Process customer invoices in accordance with customer specific requirements.
• Complete time sensitive billing by keeping track and billing in a timely manner
• Contact customers and drivers when needed in order to complete billing
• Proactively notifies customers of any non-conformity issues, and works to effectively resolve them.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous billing/accounting experience required
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task (looking for driver paperwork, checking rates, requesting rate confirmations/update rate cons.)
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong keyboarding and 10 key skills
• Ability to plan, organize, be attentive to detail and excel in problem-solving skills
