JOB SUMMARY:

Dart Machinery has an opening a Maintenance Technician I that will install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, electrical systems throughout the facility and more. This position may have additional duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret and use electrical schematics, drawings, blueprints, manuals, power tools, hand tools, measuring and testing equipment.
• Using A/C & D/C power, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• CNC trouble shooting and repair.
• Following all safety and environmental rules and regulations
• Utilize company’s lock out tag out program
• Maintain building lighting, electrical, plumbing and structure.
• Repair and maintain all production equipment.

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma, technical school preferred

Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience in similar role 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Preferred certification: 24 hr Haz-Mat training

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft office suite and outlook/email

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
