Who Are We?

Darnel Fabrics is a wholesale textile company. We import and sell hundreds of unique fabric designs to vendors in the Event Industry, and provide custom manufacturing of table linens, napkins, pillows, and any other event drapery to create meaningful and beautiful events! We are family-owned and operated and have been in business in Miami for over 45 years, with a long-standing team that shares in Darnel’s history.

Job Summary:

Looking for individuals with high energy, organized, goal oriented and with an appreciation for design, an eagerness to learn, and have fun! The ideal candidate will have the ability to think creatively, work independently, and embrace a wide range of tasks spanning sales, customer support, design and marketing. Opportunities to gain hands-on sales experience, creative design work, photography and organizational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Greet and service clients in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Process orders and assist with general questions, inventory information, and sales.
Manage phone calls and emails from customers, upsell and provide support.
Manage online sales platforms, website, and CRM.
Research potential clients and organizations to partner with.
Maintain detailed data.
Work well as part of a team - Assist colleagues when needed.

Qualifications:

Associate/bachelor's degree.
2-5 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Website management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent attention to detail and follow up.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Photography and Design skills/interests are a plus.
