Showroom Rep / Sales Manager

Overview:

European Kitchen & Furniture retail store is looking for a Customer Service Manager with experience in kitchen's design, customer service and sales. Ideal candidate possesses great interpersonal communication skills. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales through effective customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom, providing detailed product information and guidance to facilitate their decision-making.
• Communication Excellence: Handle incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and offering information about our products and services with professionalism and courtesy.
• Sales and Support: Leverage your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen design solutions, contributing to sales growth.
• Collaboration and Outreach: Initiate contact with designers and other professionals for potential collaborations, representing our brand effectively. Communicate with builders and developers to promote sales.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen design software and/or ability to learn and advance

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• kitchen and furniture design software (3CAD / 2020/ Pro100)
• Languages : English. Russian is strongly preferred. Spanish is a great plus.
