Darmody Family McDonald's is Hiring a Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator Near Omaha, NE

The Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator at Darmody Family McDonald's is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They manage internal and external communications to enhance the brands reputation, promote initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all stores. This role will work closely with the leadership team and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards. As well as play an important role in fostering employee engagement from the moment a new hires comes to orientation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support the restaurant's objectives, including product launches, promotions, and local initiatives.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, two days a week.
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated in the stores.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, social media, and corporate website, to engage employees and external audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including signage, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as marketing relevance, customer feedback, and campaign ROI, to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Provide support to franchisees on local marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with national brand messaging and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continually enhance the company's marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor news coverage and social media channels for mentions of the brand, industry trends, and potential issues, and respond accordingly.
  • Respond to both internal and external customers in regards to any concerns or hot topics in a timely manner as to protect the brand and brand reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience in marketing/public relations management, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
