Darmody Family McDonald's is Hiring an Accounting/Office Coordinator Near Omaha, NE

We may have the perfect role for you! Darmody Family McDonalds is currently hiring a Accounting/Office Coordinator.

The Accounting/Office Coordinator at Darmody Family McDonalds plays a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the office. This position involves managing Accounts Payable, credit card reconciliation, employee record-keeping, and providing backup support for payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and office management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in using office software.

Duties

1. Accounting Duties

- Handle Accounts Payable processes.

- Allocate expenses to the General Ledger.

- Reconcile credit card statements.

2. Financial Auditing

- Audit and reconcile restaurant-level deposits.

3. Vendor Management

- Code and write checks for vendor invoices.

- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, delivery dates, and payments.

4. Employee Record-Keeping

- Maintain accurate employee records.

- Enter I9 verifications into the system.

5. Payroll Support

- Provide backup support for payroll processing via third-party vendor.

6. Data Management

- Work extensively with spreadsheets and data to perform various tasks.

- Maintain vendor and subcontractor records.

7. Additional Tasks

- Assist with other accounting and data-driven tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

- Minimum of 2 years of office experience.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as other common office software.

- Strong software and office technology skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A degree in accounting or equivalent is a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
