Darigold Brand is Hiring a Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler Near Seattle, WA

Darigold is looking for a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler for the Rainier Ave. facility in Seattle, WA. The individual filling this role will be responsible for administration of the EAM system, planning and scheduling project and preventative maintenance work with outside vendors and internal team members, as well as driving continuous improvement activity related to achieving world class maintenance standards.

What You Will Do

  • Administration of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) System
    • Generation, planning, and closure of PMs.
    • Facilitating work requests from internal departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling outside services.
    • Planned maintenance utilizing OEM support.
    • Utility maintenance services including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, landscaping, and other.
  • Implement changes to aspects of the maintenance management system following continuous improvement methodology at the direction of the Engineering Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between various internal departments and the Engineering staff.

What You Bring

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must have 1 year(s) of experience working within a Maintenance / Engineering setting.
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft office applications, strong general computer use skills, and previous experience with or the ability to fully utilize CMMS systems.

Nice to Have’s

  • Proficiency with EAM.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler.
  • Experience working with Unions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Maintenance / Engineering principles including Maintenance Cost Management, Lubrication Management, Predictive Maintenance, Spare Parts Management Processes.
  • Technical understanding of Engineering principles: pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, ammonia refrigeration, mechanical, etc.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Dairy Processing experience.
