Darby Day Staffing is Hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (FT) Near De Soto, TX
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and make necessary repairs.
- Fabrication experience a plus.
- Familiar with the use of Voltage Meters (Voltage, Ohms, Amps, Continuity, etc.)
- Knowledge of AC/DC Circuits.
- Ability to install and/or diagnose problems with single phase 110-220V circuits, as well as 3 Phase, high voltage circuits, and perform necessary repairs.
- Operational concept of contactors, power supplies, relays, inverters, drives, etc.
- Experience with servos, motor controls, and PLC’s, including reading and interpretation of ladder logic.
- Knowledge of air and fluid concepts.
- Familiar with EPA and OSHA safety standards (i.e. LOTO, PPE, HAZCOM, Electrical Safety, etc.)
- Experience with 5S applications, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift experience (driving, loading, repairs).
- Ability to operate a scissor lift platform.
- Able to work in high places.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance implementation and execution.
- Experience using Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with the following equipment is a plus.
- CNC panel saws and Industrial Point to Point machines.
- Industrial Hot Melt equipment.
- Edge banding equipment.
- Double End Tenoners.
- Membrane Presses.
- Hinge Bore equipment.
