Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional Float will be responsible for providing quality support and care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will need to be compassionate, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. The position is a FLOAT full-time position in the Las Vegas area. The DSP Float may be expected to change work locations multiple times per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes
- Teach necessary skills and provide assistance with daily activities
- Participate in fun activities and support social and life skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming home
- Completion of daily documentation
Qualifications
- Patience and understanding

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- No prior experience is necessary, as the company will provide training
Requirements
- Applicants must have a current resume translated into their application
- Applicants must have a current Nevada driver's license that meets the company's safety standards and at least 3 years of driving experience to transportation their clients
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older
