General Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• Experience with large payroll, additional day, time sheet, and sick leave calculations
• Experience with preparing federal and state tax documentation for several employees
• Experience with retirement reporting (TRS and IMRF)
• Experience with unemployment reporting
• Ability to balance and reconcile differences
• Knowledge of general accounting to understand how accounts are effected in the system and ability to know when something is wrong and how to make remedy
• Knowledge of federal and state wage hours laws and usage reports

Reports to

• Chief School Business Official

Terms of Employment

• 237-days work year; Wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment determined by the Board of Education
