Daniels Health is Hiring a Lean Operations Manager Near Fresno, CA

Daniels Health is looking for an Lean Operations Manager that is an ambitious people focused, humble, proactive to manage and develop production and transport processes. They will identify areas of opportunity in a complicated work environment and have the drive to implement process improvement. The Lean Operations Manager will review methods of Business units across the United States and will execute projects to improve standards and results. This role requires an individual who learns processes of plant, manufacturing, and transportation associates to provide solutions to inefficiencies.

What You Will Do

  • Directly observe processes, collect data, analyze information, monitor KPIs, and work with staff to identify and understand obstacles in workflow. Utilize learnings and develop corrective action plans to resolve barriers. 
  • Streamline Operations utilizing process flow mapping, time in motion studies, risk assessments, and other continuous improvement functions. Utilize Continuous Improvement principles, while maintaining commonly understood communication that all levels of the organization can comprehend and action.
  • Conduct training, provide clear written (or spoken) communication to drive participation in improvement processes and manage change methods.
  • Execute assigned projects across an enterprise with a “can do” attitude. This role involves overseeing change initiatives.
  • Develop detailed value cases and present them to senior management. Support Value Realization and Optimization initiatives of Daniels Health.
  • Deliver projects to completion efficiently.
  • Foster and maintain a positive relationship with operations leaders and associates.
Skills
  • 3-8 years of leadership experience within relevant role
  • Proven success with continuous improvement processes related to quality, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Intermediate word and excel skills for reporting purposes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
