Daniels Health is Hiring a Junior Recruiter Near Chicago, IL

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing People & Culture team based in Chicago, IL. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and administration of roles throughout all of our US locations.

 

Responsibilities: 

•Utilizes sourcing techniques to identify candidates for all open positions.

•Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.

•Sources active candidates from on-line databases, internal databases, and employee referrals.

•Conducts resume screening and setting up interviews for selected positions.

•Manages Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which includes setting up screening, posting jobs, submitting candidates to the Business Partner, P&C USA.

•Maintain all appropriate tracking.

•Responsible for ensuring candidates complete pre-hire requirements including background screening, and Psychometric testing.

•Participates in job briefings with People & Culture team as needed.

•Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements: 

•Bachelor's degree or college diploma

•1 year of high-volume recruitment experience 

•Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

•High skill level in customer service and teamwork

•Knowledge of recruiting technology (i.e. LinkedIn and Job Boards) an asset

•Possesses an independent and resourceful nature whilst structured and systematic in approach

•Excellent level of computer literacy (word, excel and Outlook)
