Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mass Licensed Dental Assistant to join our restorative team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support. Your role will involve chairside assisting with dental procedures, preparation and breakdown of treatment room, instrument processing, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials
- Prepare treatment room for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays and diagnostic impressions
- Ordering and restocking of dental materials throughout the treatment rooms
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

-Ensure efficient room turnover and timely seating of patients to stay on schedule
- Maintain sterilization equipment and monthly maintenance, test waterlines quarterly and maintain logs
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a current Mass Licensed Dental Assistant required

-Mass Xray certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. This is a 30-32 hour position, in a small practice with emphasis on quality and patient relationships. Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
