SUMMARY

D&H is a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing organization seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Solutions Marketing. This pivotal role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing and offers the opportunity to spearhead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that will drive sales pipeline and revenue for both D&H's business units and vendor partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Strategic Planning: Take ownership of strategic and operational marketing for D&H's product solutions and vendor partnerships. Collaborate closely with Vendor Management, Business Units, Purchasing, and Sales Leadership to achieve business objectives and financial goals.

·Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market and marketing plans for D&H, product solutions, and vendor partners. This includes customer segmentation, messaging, and positioning strategies, as well as planning and executing launches for new vendors, products, and services.

·Marketing Management: Lead the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing initiatives, encompassing communications, digital advertising, sales enablement, events, and high-value content creation aligned with the partner journey.

·Team Leadership: Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of marketing managers responsible for driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing efforts. Proficiently coach and manage financial forecasts and results to keep the team on track to achieve both individual and departmental goals.

·Vendor Relations: Foster strong relationships with senior-level vendor contacts within channel sales and marketing organizations. Position D&H as the go-to resource for SMB marketing and demand generation within the IT channel. Represent the voice of the vendor in alignment with marketing and corporate goals when creating marketing offerings.

·Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peer counterparts in Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Branding, and Agency. Forge strong internal relationships with sales, vendor management, and purchasing to drive collective goals.

·P&L Management: Oversee Vendor Marketing P&L to ensure financial targets are met. Identify revenue streams, maintain a balanced marketing mix, and manage expenses related to marketing activities effectively.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

·10 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with direct experience leading a Sales and/or Marketing team.

·Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within the technology sector, channel marketing, and vendor marketing.

·Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

·Strong understanding of marketing principles, including go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and product positioning.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

·Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results.

·Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
