Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, pies, and cakes
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of French pastry techniques and baking principles
- Proficient in using knives and other baking tools
- Experience in food preparation, particularly in pastry and cake baking
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
