Dance Center of Florida is a multi-use dance studio that provides professional instruction in various dance styles, helping students develop an art appreciation, express themselves creatively, and lead physically healthy lifestyles. We are currently seeking someone to capture and market this vision to attract and retain future artists.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness. You will also be in charge of managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our followers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services

- Manage and update our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, etc.)

- Capture daily/weekly content to edit and post

- Create, run, and target paid ads through Facebook AD Manager

- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts

- Monitor social media analytics and report on performance

- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campaigns and promotions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus
